Fun facts about the Rabbit

Rabbits can run up to 45 mph in short bursts, making them one of the fastest small mammals. Their large ears act like satellite dishes, picking up sounds from almost every direction. A group of rabbits is called a colony or fluffle. Rabbits perform a happy twist-and-jump called a binky when they feel pure joy.

Carving the Rabbit

The Rabbit offers a moderate challenge: it has both broad areas to clear quickly and fine details that reward a careful hand. Start with the gouge on large negative-space areas.

Switch to the chisel for the mid-range details, and finish any thin protrusions with the knife. Use a Peek if you lose track of the proportions.
